Born in the silicon valley of India -Bangalore. Studied and practiced Advertising and design. 15 year in a corporate environment, Shifted to Manchester with plans for a better life and opportunities but covid took away most of the creative jobs, found myself pondering on what I should do - decided I have to jump into entrepreneurial wagon. Out of the blue came across this amazing opportunity of where i could learn new skills to carve myself a new career. TMG turned out to be my crystal ball, my outlook towards everything changed. The set of skills i have now i couldnt have picked up elsewhere. The coaching, guidence and the environment helped me to realign my attitude to never settle.

The thing I enjoy most about TMG is how friendly and welcoming everyone is from the management team to our sales guys. Everyone at TMG makes you feel welcome and at ease which is something I personally think you need at your work place, there is never a dull moment and all the staff push you to be the best version of yourself and help you achieve your goals.

My first impression in the office was great. I had a fear of coming in as i never worked in a business before and had no previous experience, however Rabia made me feel very comfortable and so did Zeeshan. They explained what the role would be in full detail so it gave me an idea of what I would be doing. Coming in the office everyone was friendly and we clicked instantly.

I joined this business looking for a new opportunity, I’m an enthusiastic individual who is extremely ambitious about learning and developing myself to become the best version. Having previous experience in retail leading and managing a team, I know that I have the confidence and ability to work well with others. By being able to motivate and encourage others to develop and improve themselves to grow further. So far I know that these qualities have helped me to get to stage 3. My goal now is to keep growing and reach my stage 5 and become an assistant owner. And then to continue on to open up my own office and expand my business.

Growing up with a single parent I always thrived for more than just adequacy. My number one piece of advice to anyone here is to be self aware- why would you push yourself to be the best if you can't handle the anxiety that comes with it. Being a pioneer can be scary and if you don't have the stomach for that then you're gonna be a lonely entrepreneur. I'm here to be my own number 1. To be the best reflection of myself that I can be. My goals are to be financially independent and provide those closest to me with the platform to thrive in their respective passions. Having said that, how do you think that dream becomes a goal? With objectives, structure etc. If I try to improve myself even the slightest amount on a daily basis then I'll grow to be the person I aspire to be. That is my game. To make incremental changes on a daily basis so that I can visualise massive improvements across the long term. I want to leave this with an analogy. Some ask : What is a drop of water in an ocean? I say: What is an ocean but a multitude of drops?
